Shipping costs in Italy:

• Free shipping for orders over €99.00 (VAT included);
• For orders under €99.00, the shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination.

Delivery times in Italy average 3-7 working days from when the order is processed, excluding customization and graphic production times for customized products, which are communicated separately during the order confirmation phase.

International Shipping

Be-Bloomer also ships abroad, both within the European Union and to non-EU countries. International shipping costs are automatically calculated during the purchase process at checkout, based on the destination country, weight, volume, and type of products ordered.

For non-EU shipments, any customs duties, import fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.

The courier assigned to each shipment may vary depending on the product type, order volume, destination, and the best delivery conditions available at the time of shipment. The name of the selected carrier will be communicated to the customer via email as soon as the shipment is processed.

The tracking email is sent to the address provided during the order placement once the courier collects the package.

• Processing and customization times: these vary depending on the product and the chosen printing technique. They are communicated to the customer during the order confirmation or graphic draft approval phase;
• Transit times: 3-7 working days for Italy, 5-15 working days for international shipments depending on the destination.

Delivery Issues

In case of non-delivery, unusual delays compared to estimated times, a damaged package upon receipt, or discrepancies between the order and the items received, you can contact us at info@be-bloomer.it specifying the order number.
