From the first click to delivery: here’s what happens when you choose to customise your corporate merchandise with Be-Bloomer.
Step 1 — Choose a product from the catalogue
Browse our catalogue featuring over 2,300 items: from our certified Eco range to classic promotional gifts. You can filter by category (stationery, bags and travel, technology, drinkware, clothing, office supplies and much more), by material or by price range. Each product page shows the available customisation options, applicable printing techniques and minimum order quantities.
There is no need to order large quantities. Most of our items are also available in quantities as small as 4–5 pieces. This service is designed not only for large companies, but also and above all for small businesses and professionals who wish to promote themselves with personalised promotional items at trade fairs, corporate events, festive occasions, or as gifts for customers.
Step 2 — Set up Personalisation
You can select all the customisation options directly on the product page: printing technique (screen printing, pad printing, laser engraving, digital printing, embroidery — depending on the product), colours, print position and the quantity required. The configurator guides you through the selection of options compatible with the product you have chosen.
You can send us your logo in vector format (AI, EPS, vector PDF) or, if you don’t have a vector file, our design team will help you create one. The design and proofing service is fully included in the price, with no additional charges.
Step 3 — Receive and Approve the Design Draft
Once we have received your request and the design file, our team will prepare a preview draft showing you exactly how the customised item will look with your logo. The draft will be sent to you for approval: you can request changes until you are completely satisfied with the result. Production will only begin once you have given your final approval.
No surprises: we never proceed without your written approval of the draft. Our professional design service is free of charge and included with every order.
Step 4 — Production and Processing
Once the proof has been approved, your order goes into production. Production times depend on the type of product, the printing technique and the quantity ordered. For most standard items, production takes just a few working days. For more complex orders or specific customisations, production times may be longer — but we will always provide you with an accurate estimate before you confirm your order.
Do you have a deadline? If you need to receive promotional items for a trade fair, an event or a celebration, please let us know and we will do our utmost to meet your deadline.
Step 5 — Dispatch and Delivery
Delivery is via express courier and always includes free tracking so you can monitor the status of your delivery in real time. We deliver to countries within the European Union.

The ideal format is vector: AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS or vector PDF. These formats ensure the highest print quality on any medium and at any size. We do not accept raster files (JPG, PNG): a vector file must be provided for every job.
Delivery times vary depending on the product, the printing method and the quantity ordered. For standard items with simple customisation, delivery takes just a few working days. For more complex orders or larger quantities, delivery times may be longer. We will always provide you with an accurate estimate before you confirm your order.
Every order includes free tracking via express courier. You will receive a tracking code by email so you can track the delivery status in real time. Delivery is free on orders over €99 throughout Italy.
