Accepted payment methods

Be-Bloomer (So.Sia S.r.l.) accepts the following payment methods, all of which are handled through secure circuits and are PCI DSS compliant. All prices are in Euros (EUR) and 22% VAT is included in the final checkout price.

Advance bank transfer

Payment by direct bank transfer to the account in the name of So.Sia S.r.l. The complete bank details (IBAN, BIC/SWIFT, account holder) are communicated at the end of the order, either on the confirmation page or by email. It is necessary to indicate the order number as the reason for the transfer.

The order is taken over and started to production only after the actual receipt of payment in our bank account, usually within 1-3 business days after the execution of the transfer. This mode is particularly suitable for corporate orders with invoicing, internal accounting management and significant amounts.

Credit or debit card (Stripe)

Immediate payment through major circuits: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro. The transaction is processed through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified gateway with mandatory 3D Secure 2 authentication for maximum user protection.

Card details are never stored on Be-Bloomer’s servers and the entire payment process takes place directly on Stripe’s secure infrastructure. The order is taken care of immediately upon successful completion of the transaction.

Stripe Link

Rapid one-click payment for those already registered with Link, Stripe’s expedited payment service. It allows you to complete your purchase without having to re-enter your card information with each order, while maintaining the same security standards as traditional card payment.

PayPal

Payment via your PayPal account or, alternatively, by credit/debit card through the PayPal circuit without the need for registration. The service offers PayPal purchase protection and authentication via app or SMS. The order is taken care of immediately upon completion of payment.

Business payments and billing

For companies that require electronic invoicing in the name of their business name, bank transfer is the recommended method. During checkout, simply fill in the fields for VAT number and SDI recipient code (or PEC). The electronic invoice is issued upon receipt of payment and transmitted to the Revenue Agency’s interchange system.

For large quantity orders or complex configurations, our sales team is available to arrange customized payment arrangements, share details of goods and delivery terms before final order confirmation.

For custom orders with specific configurations, large quantities or special requirements, you can fill out the form on the Request a Quote page. The sales manager will contact you to define the item list, delivery terms and the most suitable payment method.

Safety and user protection

All transactions take place on pages protected by SSL certificate with HTTPS encryption. Be-Bloomer does not store, process or have access to payment card data, which is handled exclusively by Stripe and PayPal certified gateways. Any payment-related questions can be directed to info@be-bloomer.it.
